We have been informed that BT are performing network connectivity work at The Mediasite Data Center that hosts some of our Myriad Cloud Dedicated customers.
This work may affect the primary internet connectivity at this data center for very short periods, however the site itself has redundant connectivity so any significant downtime will be mitigated if needed as the site will switch to one of it's redundant connections.
Note: This maintenance does NOT affect any stations running on Myriad Cloud (native) as these are hosted in a different location.
During the maintenance window you may find that your Myriad Anywhere connections and/or BR Live connections are dropped but will automatically reconnect very quickly. There may also be a small number of streaming disconnections but these will also automatically reconnect.
