Monitoring - Database recovery is continuing in the background. We have re-enabled Now Playing updates.

Identified - We have applied a temporary mitigation to restore full functionality when signing into Myriad and BR Live, fixing the issue where a small percentage of sign-in requests were timing out. We are continuing recovery work on the main database cluster. We have temporarily suspended Now Playing updates whilst this work completes.

Investigating - We are currently seeing an extraordinarily high number of invalid security requests hitting the broadcast.radio platform which affecting the performance of the administration pages which is also having a knock on effect that is causing some pages to load slowly.

This may also affect some users if they are using Broadcast.Radio integrated logins to login to Myriad Anywhere.

Engineers are currently working to mitigate this externally caused issue and we will post an update in due course.

UK South Streaming - Planned Maintenance

Scheduled - We are carrying out some work to replace a faulty Network Interface Card (NIC) on the primary ingest server in the UK South streaming cluster.

This work will begin at 8:30PM on Saturday the 21st of March 2026.

At the start of the maintenance window, we will switch to the secondary ingest server. This will result in a brief (no more than 1-2 seconds) interruption to streaming. Near or at the end of the maintenance window, we will switch connections back to the primary server.

Following the maintenance window, streams will automatically re-establish. In the unlikely event that your stream does not reconnect, our out-of-hours emergency support service is available, but we would advise restarting your encoder/streaming software first.

This maintenance only affects customers hosted on the UK South streaming cluster - there will be no impact for customers who are using the UK West streaming cluster.
