Note: This maintenance does NOT affect Myriad Anywhere, or any Myriad Cloud Native (Azure hosted) stations.
Planned upgrade work will be being carried out on the legacy Myriad Cloud Playout (Dedicated) services hosted in East Yorkshire.
This is to add in additional data connectivity to assist with the ongoing migration of these older legacy Myriad Cloud services to our modern Myriad Cloud Native and Myriad Cloud Dedicated VMs.
As part of this maintenance we will need to restart the primary network switch that feeds part of the legacy equipment which will result in a brief loss of connectivity to the small number of services that are still hosted on that infrastructure.
The total connectivity loss time is expected to be less than 5 minutes, however we going to carry out this work late in the evening to reduce the impact on listeners. The engineering team will be physically on-site throughout this maintenance should any issues arise.
Stations should check that they have uploaded a suitable fallback file to their Streaming Mountpoint - if you are using Broadcast.Radio Streaming then you can configure your streaming via https://my.broadcast.radio/station/x/settings/streaming
