We have been informed by one of our data provision partners that they will be performing some upgrade work to their infrastructure on Sunday starting at 10am (UK time) for one hour and there is likely to be a short period of downtime to their services while they carry this out.
During this time, it's possible that some limited Smart Info for any new songs/artists that you have added to your Myriad Playout v5 and v6 systems will not be shown in the SmartInfo pane - for example you might not see any new song images or links to new Wikipedia articles during this time.
This work will NOT affect any existing items you already have on your system, and should not cause any performance issues within Myriad itself.
