This work has now been completed and we are pleased to say there was zero station downtime, and only a very short period where some stations were unable to remote control the station.

If you do have any spot any issues with your station, please contact support@broadcastradio.com and the support team will be able to assist during our normal working hours.

Update
This work is well underway but it has taken longer than expected to get our primary stage complete, so we have had to extend the window by another hour.

So far however, we have not yet had to carry out any operations that have taken any stations off, however remote access for some stations was briefly unavailable.

We're sorry about the short notice of needing to extend the window, but it is part of us working hard to keep any disruption to a minimum.

We'll update this status with any more updates as needed.

As part of our ongoing expansion for Myriad Cloud we need to reconfigure part of the Myriad Cloud hosting infrastructure that is hosted in Microsoft Azure data centres in preparation for several new features that we will be rolling out in the forthcoming weeks.

This work will be carried out on Tuesday 9th January 2024, starting at 20:15 (UK time)

This work is expected to take no more than 15 minutes, and there is a possibility of a brief outage to some Myriad Cloud stations during this time while the changes are applied, however we are working in advance to make sure that as few stations as possible are affected,

If you are using Myriad Cloud (Native) then you should make sure your "fallback" file is in place and up to date as this will ensure you station remains on-air during this work.

If you don't already have a fallback file in place, just go to https://my.broadcast.radio/station/x/options/streams and click the Settings 'cog' icon on the right-hand side to open the settings 'blade', and then on the Media tab you can upload your fallback file.

This work does NOT affect stations using Myriad Cloud Dedicated.
