A server in the BR Live network became briefly unavailable in the early hours of the morning. Thanks to our resilient infrastructure design, the majority of customers using this server automatically migrated to an alternative location, but some customers may have needed to restart BR Live. Customers having issues are advised to restart all BR Live software before contacting support.
