We have been informed by one of our "Myriad Cloud Dedicated" infrastructure connectivity providers that they will be performing upgrade work on their core network infrastructure between midnight and 8am UK time on Monday the 11th of December and that we should expect disruption during this time.
The particular connection that this affects is part of our backup infrastructure and is not normally used, so we do not expect this work to have any impact on services during this time. Prior to the work we will be reviewing all existing Myriad Cloud Dedicated connections to ensure that all of our traffic is being routed via our normal primary internet connections.
Therefore no outages are expected, however there may be a small number of instances where remote access connections are dropped and automatically reconnect.
