Scheduled
This planned maintenance event is the second of three stages, with the final stage planned for Thursday 14th March.

As part of our drive to continually improve our products and services, we have identified some key server maintenance that needs to be performed. This maintenance work is in preparation for some major platform upgrades planned over the coming months, which will improve the performance of media transfers and improve resilience.

To minimise customer impact, we are carrying out this maintenance in stages, each stage targeting a different part of the Anywhere Cloud network.

For avoidance of doubt, this work only affects the Myriad Anywhere Cloud infrastructure, and will not take any station off air.

Although the majority of stations won't be impacted, as specific servers are upgraded, some stations may disconnect and reconnect to Myriad Anywhere Cloud.

If you are unable to access your station after the maintenance window concludes, first restart the Tunnel Service from the Anywhere Cloud menu in the Remote Edit Server. If the connection isn't restored after trying both the soft and 'hard' restart options, try restarting the entire Remote Edit Server PC.
