We are carrying out some work to replace a faulty Network Interface Card (NIC) on the primary ingest server in the UK South streaming cluster.
This work will begin at 8:30PM on Saturday the 21st of March 2026.
At the start of the maintenance window, we will switch to the secondary ingest server. This will result in a brief (no more than 1-2 seconds) interruption to streaming. Near or at the end of the maintenance window, we will switch connections back to the primary server.
Following the maintenance window, streams will automatically re-establish. In the unlikely event that your stream does not reconnect, our out-of-hours emergency support service is available, but we would advise restarting your encoder/streaming software first.
This maintenance only affects customers hosted on the UK South streaming cluster - there will be no impact for customers who are using the UK West streaming cluster.
